Have used Chronicle for a long time and with its seamless integration with iOS, provides an extremely handy way of monitoring and paying bills. It is important to keep the information updated as with any such apps, but it is a very convenient way to track your financial history and to make meaningful decisions on how to manage your financial situation. It is both simple and intuitive with excellent product support. Highly recommend it! 5/12/16: Just installed version 6. Welcome the new upgrades. The support from LittleFin is outstanding. The features of this app should be useful to everyone who wants to monitor and control their bills, etc. Highly recommend this app! J. Sync has much improved. It’s decent now. The previous iCloud sync caused me to loose bills. However the widget is still in the El Capitan style (black) instead of translucent white.

I know there are probably other ways to do what Chronicle does, but for me this one’s a no brainer. Despite all the bill notices in my email, writing on the back of my hand, and post-it notes on my computer, I would STILL overlook something! I found Chronicle a few years ago and have never looked back. Not only do I remember to pay my bills, but the interface really helps me track my spending. Little Fin is always making improvements, and the latest version has just made my life better. I love the integration between my devices, the convenience, and ease of use in general. And I agree with comment about the welcome return of colored icons! Great app and great developer! Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

This app has been very helpful for me in tracking my bills and making sure that I pay things at the right time. I was not interested in a full banking program and this satisfies exactly what I was looking for. It does one thing and does it very well. — Track your bills and remind you to pay them on time.

I have tried many bill reminder apps, recently using Mint bills until it didn’t remind me of my cellphone bill and caused problems…support never could figure out why and at that point I lost confidence in Mint. That’s when I decided to move from the free apps. Chronicle is worth every penny I paid. Syncs perfertly on my Mac and iPhone 6 so I never, never miss paying a bill. I like knowing when a bill is paid [manually] as opposed to setting up auto payments at my bank and on websites and Chronicle is the perfect app to facilitate that. I esp. like that you can add the URL to each bill and go to the vendors site straight from the bill and pay it on the fly. I then save the payment confirmation in iCloud and attach the receipt to the payment in Chronicle. I have learned in life to keep a paper trail. This app has everything I need to stay on top of bills in my busy life…thanks guys for the improvements in version 6.6.1, keep up the good work.

Keeping track of my bill payments was a problem for us until I got Chronicle for my Mac and my iPhone. I have not missed a payment ever since. I placed Chronicle in my iPhone’s home page so I can always see its icon. I love the user interface for both the iOS and macOS version and its ability to synchronize through iCloud. Additionally, the developer is prompt to respond to suggestions or problems. I highly recommend Chronicle.

This app has been great up until the most recent update. I have lost all of my payment information for the past two months.

I’ve been using Chronicle for about three years. I use it daily to track bills in my small office. It works exactly how I want it to work and keeps me current with reminders and schedules for bill paying. Recently, I’d been experiencing odd behavior, so I emailed the developer. He responded back within the hour and he helped me fix the issue quickly (it was my error). Totally worth $10. I will continue to use Chronicle FOREVER. Seriously, it’s a great app.

This is the app for those who do not have someone paying their bills or someone who doesn’t pay them the second they arrive. Who need to stay on top of their financial commitments before taking on more. There are so many fancy financial apps available designed for those with far more money than I have or far more compulsiveness to maintain it. I am going to try the cloud sync’ing now and will come back if it doesn’t perform as I expect. I have honestly never had a glitch in the year I have been using this app.

I originally bought this app directly from the developer and I’ve had the opportunity to contact him from time to time. His response has always been super rapid and very helpful. I liked when LittleFin introduced Dropbox syncing to the iOS version and now that their App Store version has iCloud synching, I decided to buy it again. I’ve never done that before. For me, the functionality of Chronicle and the super support from LittleFin makes this the kind of app that I want.

I use this throughout the month to make sure no bills get left behind. I love seeing which bills are current, making notes about payments, and attaching receipts to paid bills. The views make it easy to see what payments are due soon. I am happy with the purchase, and am happy to recommend the app.

Chronicle addresses in a simple way, the complex macinations of paying your bills in a timely manner. The dashboard-like interface is intuitive to use and provides at a glance summary information. When contacting support to request a feature, a timely and personal email reply was received.

I don’t even use it for everything for which I could. I simply have my core bills like my mortgage, car, insurance, anything quarterly, credit cards, and anything annually. It has more function within each bill, like keeping up with the balance, but I don’t even get to that detail. I use it along with YNAB (You Need a Budget) and the two together go hand-in-hand very well. Today, January 26, 2015, with all the first of February bills coming due soon, it became very evident to me the value of Chronicle. Having budgeting software like YNAB is vital for me, I have the bad habit of having my eye on my budget for a few days and then getting my eye off of it; Chronicle has proven to be very, very effective on helping me refocuse quickly.

Chronicle keeps me on track. Nice to see right on my desktop what’s coming up to pay. It’s worth the price.

I am so happy to have found this app. As scattered as I sometimes am, this little gem gets me paying my bills on time with its daily and upcoming reminders. It has been helping me keep track of average spending on my bills, so that I can better budget for the year. I would love to have the developers add one of those graphing mechanisms by which I can compare year to year what I have been spending. Overall, one of my most trusted apps.

This app has helped me organize and keep track of all of my bills, simply and very effectively. I have ADHD and always had trouble keeping on top of things like bills. Chronicle has practically fixed that.

It has happened a few times. I log payments on my Macbook, close the app, open up the IOS app a few days later and the payments are not there. Then I guess it syncs with iCloud and when I open the Mac app the logged payments are gone. Very annoying. Otherwise it’s a great app.
