Bill management Lite

I was generally disappointed that this app didn’t live up to my expectations which were chiefly based on the reviews. I got the app because my personal finances and bills can get away from me, particularly when I travel. I have 5 bank accounts in two banks, paying bills from all of them. I found that (1) The user manual was of little help and I needed to go to online help frequently during the learning curve. (2) The cash balance, banking and income side is primitive and required manual correlation with my banks constantly. (For example, I couldn’t tell Chronicle whether an expected income source had actually paid or not. There is no tie-in with any of the bank accounts.) (3) If you want to use this on your mobile devices as well as your laptop, you have to buy two apps that then synchronize. (That feature works fine.) (4) The mobile app is fairly limited, without some of the features available on the Mac piece.
The developer is the sole source of help. He works hard but really needs some outside help with developing features and with keeping a useful user manual up to date.
I’m not sure if I’ll delete it, but after about six weeks of use, it isn’t clear that I’m better off for having this app.
